Adelaide Nutrition dietitians are university trained and accredited by Dietitians Australia.

Above all, we LOVE food and we love sharing our knowledge. We understand the science and it's our goal to assist you in making the best choices for YOU!

Mattea is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian with 7 years of experience. She has completed her Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics and her Masters in Public Health (Public Health Nutrition).

Why am I a Dietitian? Because I LOVE feeling healthy, I LOVE feeling energised, I LOVE having food freedom, I LOVE loving my body, I LOVE moving my body, I LOVE food and I LOVE knowing everything I can know about food and health. I want to share my knowledge with you, I want to teach you to manage your health, to build healthy habits that will last a lifetime, I want to help you feel and be AMAZING in all aspects of your life. I want to provide guidance, to be there with you on your journey. To build trust, to support you and see you succeed in all your goals.

In my spare time, I love cooking amazing delicious food, I train for triathlon and spend time with my two cats- Bert and Kitty!

Sarah is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian with 10 years of experience in the community setting.

As cliche' as it sounds, the driving force behind what I do at Adelaide Nutrition is all about empowerment. I love arming my clients with skills, knowledge and confidence to manage their own nutrition for the rest of their life.

For me, it's not about simply giving a client a meal plan to follow for a few weeks. It's learning about food, connecting with, trusting and respecting your body and its ever-changing needs. It's about (re)discovering a love of food, and making food choices based on a sense of freedom, not restriction, deprivation and fear.
